Hi, I’m Itamar.

I solve human puzzles for a living. For over two decades now, I’ve had the privilege of working as part of several awesome organizations, helping them grow, scale and mature.

Most recently, I’ve led the People team at Grammarly where we used some of the latest breakthroughs in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning and Natural Language Processing to solve a problem as old as time: helping people be understood.

Nowadays I’m running my own consulting shop, where I can channel my passion for helping organizations with inspiring missions increase their impact, by proactively dealing with one of the most difficult yet under-appreciated challenges of success — effective organizational growth.

I started this publication in 2014 as a way to compile and synthesize my own original thoughts, as well as fantastic content that I stumble upon, on everything that involves humans and organizations.
